Dinner Ideas / Recommendations
Nothing fancy is necessary, the runners like pasta with Alfredo sauce, spaghetti with meat sauce/meatballs and lasagna. Anything that your athlete loves will be great!
- Pasta dishes - Enough to serve 14-16 people
- Fresh Salads or Fruit
- 4+ loaves of garlic / butter bread
- Desserts - Brownies, cookies etc
- Drinks - Water, lemonade, tea, Gatorade
